This muscle rub rocks! To me, it works better than any other I’ve tried, including BioFreeze. Deep blue relieves pain. When I was assisting my teacher with a yoga teacher training (in other words…LOTS OF YOGA) my back was acting up….this muscle rub SAVED me. It loosened me right up and eliminated a lot of pain. I can’t explain it…I just know it worked well for me. I highly recommend you try it. Found in many places on the internet.

Wonderful tool to have on hand!! It comes with a guide demonstrating how to massage your entire body, but this magical wand is amazing for the shoulders, traps and back muscles. Acupressure is very important for many reasons; activating neuro-lymphatic reflex points, moving blocked energy, improving circulation, reducing chronic pain and releasing adhesions….to name a few. Sharper Image Massager

I like this massager specifically because it has a strong touch without being too much. It offers multiple settings. Additionally, it offers heat. It feels incredible along the upper back, shoulders, and low back. Also, this guy feels great on the calves and hamstrings. It is durable and easy to clean. TRY it.
